This significant appointment came in recognition of Mr. Halawa’s administrative and technical expertise in the solutions and services provided by Globitel at the local and regional levels. His outstanding expertise was gained through the various technical, marketing, and managerial positions he has held in the company, through which he contributed to its growth and development and enabled it to reach its current leading position.
The selection of Mr. Nael Halawa to assume the position of Managing Director of Globitel-Saudi Arabia was also based on his thorough knowledge of the Saudi market, its requirements, and its growing needs; since he was one of the founders of Globitel-Saudi Arabia in 2003. His ability to develop the technical side, and provide full technical support for partners in the Saudi market was another one of Mr. Halawa’s assets.
On his part, Mr. Nael Halawa commented on his new role, saying, 'We, in Globitel, are constantly striving to meet the needs of our customers and achieve their satisfaction wherever they may be. Before assuming his new post, Mr. Nael Halawa was in charge of the development and support of customer service products in the company since 2010. He also served as the Director of marketing and business development following the founding of Globitel in Saudi Arabia in 2006. Mr. Halawa has extensive experience in technical and professional matters related to the solutions and software offered by Globitel, as a result of his direct work in programming and providing technical support and project.
