Riyadh – December 03, 2014: The magnitude and multi-modal scope of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s (KSA) transport investment is creating huge and exciting project opportunities for developers, contractors, transport facility operators, and related industries. The value of the total announced transportation projects in the country currently stands at USD 81.6 billion, making it, along with the UAE, one of the top transport markets in the GCC and the region.

As an initiative to contribute to the development of this rapidly expanding sector and highlight the wealth of existing and future opportunities that the KSA and wider GCC have to offer, Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC) is set to organize Saudi Logitrans 2015 – the International Exhibition for Transport, Logistics and Freight, from January 25 to 28, 2015 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC). Sponsored by the Ministry of Transport, Saudi Logitrans 2015 will showcase the latest products, equipment, technologies and services from the biggest international names in industry, and offer unique and highly effective networking opportunities.

Running concurrently with the show are Saudi Rail 2015 – the International Exhibition for Rail, Metro Lines and Urban Transportation, and the Saudi Rail and Logitrans Conference. Both events will provide a vital platform for key government decision makers, transportation bodies, port authorities, and industry professionals to announce initiatives, formulate strategies, discuss up-to-the minute case studies and exchange information on the global best practices.

Saudi Logitrans will showcase a wide array of products, services and solutions in various fields, including air freight, logistics, integrated transportation methods, courier services, air, land and sea transportation, combined transportation systems, electronic data interchange systems, ERP systems, E-Services, distribution services, free zone equipment and services, and insurance companies and services, among others.
