Strategically located in the cultural and financial epicentre of King Abdullah Financial District, Zuma Riyadh is set across two floors and is connected by a central spiral staircase. Guests are welcomed by interactive sushi and robata counters offering a front-row view of the artistry and precision of Zuma's chefs. The interior also features a sophisticated bar and a dedicated DJ counter, where curated music sets the tone throughout the restaurant. For after-hours rendezvous, the enigmatic Zuma lounge invites guests to enjoy signature beverages and late-night food with bold flavours in an upbeat setting. The new restaurant from Zuma embodies this spirit through the natural elements used in its composition, including its iconic rugged fixtures of stone and wood. It leverages the classic, simple, and timeless design, which has been a constant philosophy for the brand as Zuma has opened in notable locations all around the globe.
At the heart of Zuma Riyadh lies its extensive menu, showcasing the brand's signature dishes alongside globally beloved favourites, meticulously crafted to highlight the best of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Guests can indulge in the iconic Miso Marinated Black Cod wrapped in oba leaf, the oven-roasted Barley Miso Corn-fed Baby Chicken, and the sublime Salt Grilled Seabass with burnt tomato and ginger relish.
