The top teams from the region to battle it out in 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League Arabia Fall (2022 PMPL Arabia Fall) during its first edition
Al Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – 20th June: The 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League Arabia Fall (2022 PMPL Arabia Fall) officially kicks off on June 20th for three weeks of exciting matches and fierce battles. 20 teams from the region battle it out for the first-place spot and prize pool of $1,500,000.
The 2022 PMPL Arabia Fall will see previous championship winners and runner ups participating in this edition of the tournament, including Nigma Galaxy, as the MEA Championship Winner and PMPL Arabia Spring Winner. Other teams include Yalla Esports, Team Falcons, NASR ESPORTS, and Conqueror Iraq.
Earlier this year, PUBG MOBILE announced changes to the 2022 PUBG MOBILE Pro League (PMPL) which will see the introduction of a brand new format and the addition of two new regions. To enhance excitement and create a more stable competitive environment, the PMPL will now run on a 1-year-cycle instead of seasonal relegation. In addition, PUBG MOBILE esports will increase regional competition to build a stronger amateur circuit.
The PMPL has yet again expanded to more regions with the addition of PMPL Pakistan and PMPL Africa as PUBG MOBILE looks to offer even more opportunities for players. As previously announced, the PMPL has also seen a change in region classification with EMEA and MENA & SA regions now being classed as Europe, South Asia and Middle East & Africa.
Kicking off on June 20th, 2022 PMPL Arabia Fall will feature 3 weeks of fierce battles leading up to the Finals on July 21st to 23rd. The teams participating in 2022 PMPL Arabia Fall are:
