Saudi Arabia's Leading Shopping Malls Operator Redefines Customer Experience and Enhances Business Efficiency with Oracle Cloud Applications
 

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, 5th November 2020:  Arabian Centres Company, the largest owner, developer and operator of contemporary lifestyle malls in Saudi Arabia will implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, as part of a major core business process transformation. The initiative will help Arabian Centres Company enhance business efficiency, deliver unique omni channel customer experience, introduce innovative services and prepare a digital ready workforce.

Under this initiative, Arabian Centres Company will implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)  to drive business resilience and agility. With this implementation, the management will also be able to see the complete picture of the company’s finances and operations in real time. With Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM), Arabian Centres Company will be able to develop a highly connected workforce that can seamlessly access all key functions of human resource process from hire to retire- including global HR, talent management, workforce management, and payroll using latest digital devices.
