Launch of Casa Dora at Serena in DUBAILAND to enhance market dynamics for affordable housing in Dubai
Launch of Casa Dora at Serena in DUBAILAND to enhance market dynamics for affordable housing in Dubai

Following success of the first release of townhouses in Bella Casa at Serena, real estate master developer Dubai Properties announces pre-sale online registration for launch of additional units soon

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 28 August 2016 – Dubai Properties (DP), a leading Dubai-based real estate master developer and asset manager has announced townhouses in the Portuguese-inspired community, Casa Dora at Serena in DUBAILAND, will be released soon for sale at the DP sales and customer services centre in Ras Al Khor.

Following the success of the first release of townhouses in the Bella Casa community at Serena earlier this year, which sold out within hours of the launch, DP has opened pre-sale online registration for buyers and investors interested in attending the second launch event for the sought-after development.

Targeting the affordable housing segment, Serena has proved to be an extremely popular residential destination for families looking to own two to three bedroom townhouses, all with the option of a maids room, in a vibrant and dynamic new community and at exceptionally competitive prices.

As the overall real estate trend towards affordable housing in the country intensifies, homeowners and investors continue to be further incentivised by flexible payment plans with easy installments combined with the central location of the development in Dubai. The ValuStrat Price Index (VPI) registered price uplifts in particular mid-affordable locations in July 2016; a sentiment strengthened by a market-wise comparison from Reidin showing that affordable housing has the highest net rental yield at 6.9%, compared to the premium and trophy housing segment at 4.4%.

Marwan Al Kindi, Executive Director, Sales and Sales Operations said: “Strong demand for affordable housing keeps Dubai’s property market buoyant. With over 10-years of experience in navigating the country’s ever changing real estate market, we are confident that the launch of additional units in our Serena community will continue to positively contribute towards a healthy real estate market in the UAE. We anticipate that the release of the new Casa Dora at Serena community will once again attract huge customer interest and high investor demand following the success of our initial release of Serena earlier this year.”

“We are delighted that our dedication to the creation of vibrant and flourishing master-planned destinations offers a broad choice for end-users and investors in residential real estate across the full spectrum of the market,” he added.

Serena is a sprawling 8.2 million sqft master-development featuring affordable residential sectors that will be served by three community centers as well as a lifestyle plaza at the heart of the community which is the ideal place to get together, take a stroll, shop, eat or have a coffee. Throughout the development, residents will be able to enjoy a variety of amenities comprising recreational facilities, swimming pools, gym, play areas, and a healthcare facility, making it an ideal destination for families.

Located in DUBAILAND, next to Layan and Al Waha communities, Serena enjoys direct access to Emirates Road and will be surrounded by lush green spaces that will distinguish the neighbourhoods and shield the residents from city noise and traffic pollution. Casa Dora at Serena is one of the latest additions to DP’s portfolio in DUBAILAND. It reflects DP’s response to the growing consumer demand for family-friendly residential environments and mixed-use destinations that allow residents to pursue their choice of lifestyle.

Casa Dora at Serena in DUBAILAND will be showcased at Cityscape Global 2016 from 6-8 September at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
